Counter Culture's 2009 Holiday Blend is crafted from coffees produced by their longtime partners at Finca Nueva Armenia in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Proceeds from the blend will fund a native tree-planting project carried out in partnership with Finca Nueva Armenia owner-operators Javier and Jorge Recinos. With estimated costs at $2-$3 per tree, every three 12 oz bags sold will provide a new healthy tree to the program!

Finca Nueva Armenia’s sweet, chocolaty coffee is perfectly suited for the traditional Vienna Melange craft roasting and blending technique, which brings out layers of sweetness and flavor; combining notes of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel, and dried fruit.
