A few weeks ago we traveled to the small and ancient village of Paulhan in the Languedoc region of southern France to visit Chef Yvonne’s sister and husband. Nuovo logoWe had great success serving Nuovo artisanal pastas at the Back Bay Cafe. The Ravioli fit in with our menu of cuisine made from well-sourced, high quality ingredients.
